Oh my god this stuff is awesome. Garlic Ginger rocks. Very nice Asian flair that's not too sweet nor too sugary. I like how the sugar is blended nicely and not too overwhelming like some other brands that douse theirs with piles of sugar. It's also not too salty/soysaucy like some other brands. I love how it makes my guests think I'm some sort of chef in the kitchen. Put some chicken in a plastic bag, pour some sauce in, whirl it around like one of the chefs on the muppets and forget about it for ~1/2-1 day. Before my friends come I just throw it in the oven at a very low 175 degrees and then forget about it. When my friends come over the house already smells soooo good. Nice thing about the sauce is that it allows you to cook at low temps. It allows me to take wayyyyyy more time than I anticipated prepping the rest of the food or take wayyyyyy more time talking. If I'm in a hurry or almost done with the rest of the meal I can just up the temp which is nice since the sauce doesn't burn easily because it doesn't have too much sugar in it. I'm very impressed with the versatility of this sauce it boggles my mind. Oh man I need some more of that mmmmmmmmmmmm good ol' garlic ginger sauce.
