What Makes our Sauces Different!
Posted on Thursday, November 15, 2007 12:27 PM (EST)

I have been asked "What makes your sauces different?" a gazillion times now so I thought it must be an important question.  So here it is, the secret, the big news.  I actually eat this product.  Yeah I know its simple but I eat it every day sometimes all three.  I eat three times a day and each meal is different so each sauce comes into play.  The sauces are JUICE based NOT vinegar based.  A typical Tabasco is only 7% solids basically a flavored vinegar.  Ours starts with juices, peppers and whole ingredients that you can see, taste and feel.  These are in no way a typical "Hot Sauce" and our packaging does not say "Hot Sauce" on any of it.  We are more of a cooking sauce, spicy condiment, dipping sauce, finishing sauce.  We are a gourmet product and we make bad food taste great and great food excellent.   So if you buy one and are expecting a .50 sauce for your taco this is not the sauces for you.  Each one was made to help me eat the foods I was making and help add flavor, spice and heat to my meals.  Each sauce is totally different and the flavors are only a widow into what can be done.  Sauces don’t have to make you cry to enjoy the heat; you want to enjoy the whole meal, savor each bite and at the end of it sit back and enjoy a nice food buzz from the capsaicin from the Habanero's.  I think they are truly a treasure that will be embraced when people like me use them in a manner that captures the essence of the heat available and the flavor they add.  So please enjoy them and try them all, and remember eat responsibly and share with others.
